Hey guys long time no write! How's it been?

Things have been awesome over on this side! I've been busy with all kinds of things this last month. I went to California with my best friend, *LaPetitLapearl and we ended up going to the Halloweenified Disneyland as well as Halloween Horror Nights since she's crazy about Silent Hill and I'm crazy about the Walking Dead. Speaking of which this season guys omg

We had so much fun that we're going to be going next year again with ~the-grumpy-carebear and my good friend, Corey! Disneyland is so magical omg guys ;A; Anyone have any favorite rides they like? Mine is Splash Mountain and the Haunted Mansion for sure. I highly reccomend going in October when it's Nightmare Before Christmas themed!

I've also gotten a brand new job and I've been loving it! I'm now in banking, which has been quite the change but has been the best one I've made in a while. It is so nice to dress cute for work instead of the old uniform I would throw on at my last job and it makes clothes shopping much more exciting and really changes up your wardrobe. Plus, I get to meet a lot of cute guys. :'D

I hope to be uploading a lot more over the next year! I'm going to be attempting a monthly watercoloring or digital piece, along with chibis on the side probably. If anyone has any requests for certain OCs or things to see, lay em down here!

I also really hope everyone is doing well and I'm sorry this year wasn't very productive of me art wise. I appreciate all the watches I've gained over the last few months! Seriously, it always makes my day when someone wants to see more from me.

So recently I got a surge of new watchers? :'D I wanted to say thank you and hello! I wish I could go and thank all of you one at a time but things are busy for me. I'm seriously touched that you guys would watch me, and I hope you don't regret it I hope I can make you proud! ;u;

In health news, it's not the greatest but there's always an issue with me, no?

For the last two weeks I have had a cyst swelling in me. It was painful and I should have gone and gotten meds for it sooner but when you work full time and have kidney problems already? I just kinda shrugged it off and kept working through it. And then on my day off - go figure - the cyst actually popped in me and began bleeding out. I was unaware that when you start bleeding out onto other organs it irritates it and causes you the worst agony ever? D'8

Anyway, I went to the hospital with my best friend, who ended up having goofy times with me. I love how my friends know how to cheer me up - like when they put an IV in me for the first time for a CT Scan she was like "no joke, she's cray-cray when she gets that needle" and sure enough I was. D8

I also discovered my kidney, which I thought made it past it's worst point, is in for possible permanent damage because a large kidney stone has decided to hang out there... for the last 7 months. Otl; only me!

The meds they gave me for the pain make it hard for me to focus on anything since they are drowsy pills. Obviously this affects my artwork for sometime, especially since I was given a string of days off to devote to personal time for Grims Charming. I know the group seems dead but I promise that hopefully by August 1st, or the beginning of August, we will upload all the new pages we've been working on (there's 13 in total! + an additional piece of artwork)

However while I'm kicking it back with all this time I thought of maybe holding a mini contest? I was thinking that we need a better looking stamp for the Grims Charming group. I no longer like ours - maybe it's the colors? I'm just craving something different at this point.

The prize would be two of your OC's drawn in Grims Charming style. Anyone interested?

I think it's a great idea - I guess I'm on the same page of wanting to change my username considering I created it when I was a tween into the animez. It always stuck with me because quite a bit of people knew me as that. However I've outgrown it, and I really need a new one. I have bee trying to think of some new ones, such as AdorkablyAwkward, my tumblr name, but I can't seem to really fit with it?

I seriously wish Prince Pearl would open up but it seems taken.

I guess I need to think of some Grims Charming names. *dying a little*

Hey guys! I decided I needed more Grims and Emilia in my life and decided to go and get a cute little journal of them and who better to ask for the job then who made my last utterly precious little prince journal skin! He did a wonderful job again, and I felt like pimping it out a bit! I will probably rotate back and fourth between the monsters and the royal boys. I know I don't post them quite as much anymore but you'll see some holiday art on them soon enough.

Things will be slow as usual with art and stuff. I've recently come down with some serious health issues for the last three weeks, but the last week has been fairly poor for me. ;u; I discovered something might be wrong with my left rib cage (was originally warned that my spleen might be enlarging or rupturing but painful ribs is a better outcome!) HOWEVER during the ultra sound on my abdomen we discovered that my right kidney is having some problems and may or may not fail within the next month or two. My left side puts me in intense pain but any given time my right kidney is just going to feel like it's exploding and that's when my doctors and I will know the time to act is then. For now I've been denied any pain medication for the left side because we don't want it to "cover up" the pain of the right kidney or we'll miss our window? I don't really know if I fully understand it. I just know I'm in a lot of pain and there isn't any remedy I can create to fix it. So there's three constant waves of pain, and do to artwork in either one of the later two stages is not a speedy process. I still hope to eventually get to working on the Grims Charming comic at a weekly or biweekly rate dlhgdfdalg ;;

Speaking of which there IS a group created by the comic's other creator, *LaPetitLapearl who will end up posting what little of the pages we do have there. It's still in the works but as soon as she has it up and going I will post a journal for those interested.

My dear friend has recently found out that her boyfriend and his family will not be able to afford Thanksgiving this year due to their situation. So she has taken it upon herself to give them the Thanksgiving feast they deserve!

To do this she has opened her precious commissions to help raise enough money to give them the Thanksgiving full set meal along with her gift of a pumpkin cheesecake. She does all kinds of cute crafts so you should go give her work a peak!

I have always, ALWAYS wanted to be apart of an icon family but I am more then picky with my icons and I personally like sporting an OC for an icon - then somehow in some way I ended with an icon family of my own characters! These last few weeks have been INSANE for me with all kinds of things! I have been swamped with a personal project and handling all my trades with other people from livejournal! I am much more active over on there, but I have been arting quite a bit and you will get a dump of all the art very soon, I promise. I promise I will get to that artwork promised for others and contest prizes from the last contest, it's just hard when my style keeps changing and turning into something different, you know? C;

I have been working on a webcomic with and have been posting the concept sketchs, artwork, and character profiles on livejournal and a website known as Desktopwallpaper365.com found the work and took all of it to use as stock for wallpapers! It was a frustrating situation since credit wasn't given and that they had found my livejournal which I make sure is not popular and not that well known. I contacted the admin, who removed the artwork after I raised a little bit of hell. The process was over quickly and while I am keeping an eye on the website I am MORE then fortunate that it ended within a day or two. Not everyone is as lucky, and some people go through many hardships when things are taken from them. :C

I brought it up in my livejournal, and was suggested to look into watermarks. Watermarks have always been weird for me, because half the time I forget them or I feel it distracts from the picture. After this though... what if I don't get lucky next time? Watermarks are another wall of security, right?

So I guess I was wondering what other people's thoughts on watermarks are! Do you do them? Why or why not? How do you remember and where do you put them on pieces? Thanks for the advice/tips guys! <3

Also, again: WEBCOMIC YEAH 8DDD Bunny-chan6 and I have been working very hard, and I also wanted to know if anyone reads webcomics and what interests you the most with them? How do you keep up to following them?

Sooo I was tagged a bit ago by the lovely and I promised I would do it and then got super busy. NOW'S A GOOD TIME THOUGH. SOO GOOD I AIN'T EVEN GONNA POST DA RULES. 8C

1. I am a workaholic and work 10 hours a day for 6 days a week at my current job. Yeah I am fucking loaded because of it lmao I still have time to study writing on the side too. ;3;

2. Pokemon is the coolest thing ever but not nearly as cool as Litwick. For real, greatest monster creation? Yes. YES.

3. My brand new car is the sexiest, littlest, and cutest car you have ever seen and YES HIS NAME IS PEARL. 8C

4. I have a handful of schloarships that I won from my RL artwork - none submitted to here - and all of them are for a good art school I could easily get into... I just don't want to. :'X

5. I am currently in the works of making a webcomic with one of my BFFLs called "Grims Charming" that features zombies, traditional vampires, and hideous monsters.

6. I'm also revamping LOD - making it more story like and trying to fall back in love with it after having a falling out due to it's crappy website. C':

7. I love horror as much as Litwick - everything Halloween, Silent Hill, f-with-your-mind-type of horror, I love it all. I love zombies like you would not believe. ;A;

8. Inception is the greatest since Litwick and if I weren't crazy about my current boy I would be all over Arthur. <333

9. Currently finishing up my 5th novel. Writing is like artwork - it's amazing how fast you improve in just a few months and OOOOH how you cringe at what you wrote just last year. 8C

10. Cupcakes, bows, ruffles, polka dots, and crowns are my favorite things and it shows in a lot of my characters. I mean, look at Pearl.

ANYWAY... Expect a short hiatus from me until February 28th - and I might be planning to go to a funeral then but I rather not talk about that and stick to the happy thoughts. My work gave me a birthday gift of several days off from manager-training, and I have a giant weekend ahead of me and will be unable to talk, note, and so on.

So in a few hours I'm going out to a hotel where party #1 is set up by these lovely bastards:



I was pretty surprised when my bffs dropped the bomb on me that they had talked and gotten a hotel room together to celebrate turning 20 in style. 8C I HAVE THE COOLEST PEEPS EVER OH LAWDY~

We'll probably stay up until 5:30 am like we always do, somehow all cram into the same hotel room and party. Then we wake up, check out, and I get to go see all my other friends at my favorite restaurant, then go to my favorite dessert place, and catch up on all the sweet times I've missed with ALL of them. Hopefully we will all fit. 8C

Finally, I get to spend the 27th, my actual birthday, relaxing and enjoying life in general. No worry on livejournal commissions, running to Joannes to play manager, or being manager of Carlson's Meter Programming. Making lots of money is fun but this vacation will be the best. C':

New Year's Resolution is to no longer be sick, and get more art up. My job just works me to the bone. I have more messages then I've had in a LONG time, with more notes then you can shake a stick at. I promise to get back to everyone, and I'm very sorry if you haven't heard from me about something.

I finished the series of birthstones for 2010, have a general outline of next years, still picking at it. Ideas? 8D

How's everyone been? It seems like a busy time for everyone now a days. I hope you're all getting excited for Halloween! I know I am, and while I would normally be spamming your inboxes with creepy art circled around Bones and Charlotte, I'm afraid I have become very busy with my new commissions from livejournal and my new retail job. I am very excited to have a new job and leave my current main one - no more graveyard shifts for me though this also means I will be less likely to update on art without having 16 hours to dedicate to it every weekend! Though this means more writing, so I'm very excited. C:

The next chapter of LOD will be delayed for a short time due to all this business I wasn't prepared for! I'm blocking a little, as revising this from the old draft written a year ago is challenging. Once I hit chapter 8, I swear I'll be able to pop out the revised chapters SO much easier because that's when Noir and Owlia come in and they're just bitchin'. C8
